Can the Uncompliant Report be sent via email?
Yes, administrators can receive the Uncompliant Users Report by configuring notifications in the platform.
Steps to Enable Uncompliant Report Alerts
- Navigate to Settings → Notifications → Alerts
- Under Alerts, select the relevant administrators to receive the Uncompliant Users email.
Trigger Conditions
The email will only be sent to selected admins if:
- Users within your company have been sent their final reminder email this week, and
- Those users have still not completed their assigned content.
Frequency and Access
- Where applicable, the email will be sent to selected admins every Friday.
- The report can also be viewed at any time by navigating to Reporting → Usage → Uncompliant Users
Final Step
- Once the admins have been ticked, select Save.
