By default, the User Status report is available to all users on the MyCompliance platform. The report also enables administrators to view the activity of any user on an individual basis.

Within this report, you can view which policies, surveys and courses are complete or incomplete, either for yourself or for a specific user.

To access the User Status report:

• Navigate to Reporting > Usage > User Status.
