How do I send registration emails?

1. Sending a registration email to an individual user

  • To begin, navigate to User Management → Users
  • On the right-hand side, locate the Actions column. Click the drop-down icon, then select Send Registration Mail.

  • ⚠️If the user has a preferred language set, the email will automatically be sent in that language.
  • If you need to edit the email, this can be done via Settings → Notifications → 'Email Templates' area

  • A Success notification will appear once the registration email has been successfully sent.

2. Sending a registration email to all unregistered users

  • To begin, navigate to User Management → Users
  • On the right-hand side, click the Send Emails button.
  • You will then have the option to send a registration email to all unregistered users.
  • ⚠️If the user has a preferred language set, the email will automatically be sent in that language.
