How do I send registration emails?

1. To send a registration email to an individual user, navigate to User Management > Users

  • On the right, you will find the 'Actions' column which will have an 'Envelope' icon for any email user who has not yet registered their account.
  • If the user has a preferred language set, the email will automatically send in that language.
    • If you'd like to edit the email, you can do this in the Settings > Notifications > Email Templates area. 

  • Click on this, and a 'Success' notice will appear once the registration email has been successfully sent.

2. To send a registration email to all unregistered users, navigate to User Management > Users

  • On the right, you will find a 'Send Emails' button.
  • Once clicked, there is an option to send a registration email to all unregistered users.
  • If the user has a preferred language set, the email will automatically send in that language.
