Email-Based User: This refers to a user you add to the platform who then registers their account by creating a password specifically for the MyCompliance Cloud site.

Federated User: This user type is created when SSO has been set up. Once SSO has been configured, the end user can enter their email address into the Email field, which will redirect to the organisation’s Single Sign-on page. 

From here, the end user can input their network credentials to access the MyCompliance platform.
