Group Guidelines
If you have enabled Create/Add Subgroup(s), your groups will be created based on the Department and GroupName values provided in your spreadsheet.
- The Department value corresponds to the Parent User Groups.
- The GroupName value corresponds to the Subgroups.
A Parent User Group can either contain:
- a flat list of users, or
- a list of Subgroups (each containing users).
A Parent Group cannot contain both users and Subgroups at the same level. You must therefore ensure your spreadsheet is configured correctly; otherwise, users may not be added to groups according to the existing structure.
