When it comes to targeting users with content, administrators often encounter the need to perform bulk selection of their users. This feature can be particularly useful for larger organisations that use the SCIM provisioning method and do not have the necessary SCIM Groups available to use. 

Bulk Select Targets provides administrators with the ability to automatically select their users for targeting based on a list of email addresses that is uploaded via a spreadsheet.
