User account lock-out
If an email-based user attempts to log in to the MyCompliance platform and receives the following error, it may indicate that their account has been locked.

An account will be locked after five consecutive incorrect password attempts.

To try again, the user must wait 30 minutes. After this period, the account will automatically unlock upon successful entry of the correct password.

⚠️ Note: Account lock-outs only apply to email-based users. If you have Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled, failed login attempts are managed by your SSO provider instead.
