When removing a SCIM group, there are two important points to consider:

1. Removing the group and its users:
   If you remove the group and the users within it are provisioned to the platform solely through this group, those users will be marked as disabled and deleted within 30 days.
   If this is your intention, you can proceed as normal.
2. Reassigning users to another group:
   If you only want to remove users from one group but keep them active by adding them to another, we recommend adding the users to the new group before removing the original group.
   This ensures that users are not disabled on the platform.

Once the new group has been added and the old group removed, we advise updating the targets for any content previously assigned to the old group.

• Users will not receive duplicate emails for already published content.
• Users will not be required to retake any completed content.
• Any user who has not yet completed the content will still be able to access that task.
