Privacy Assessment Generator: What happens when I generate a Privacy Assessment to a record owner?

When a Privacy Assessment has been generated to a record owner/creator, they will receive an email to notify them that they have an assessment awaiting review.

  • If only one assessment has been generated per owner/creator, they will receive the below email that can be customised if required.
    • A Privacy Assessment will then be generated and will appear within Step 2 of the Program; it will also appear within the end user 'My Privacy Assessment' tile for the owners to access.

  • Within the email, the 'Review Privacy Assessment' button will navigate the user, upon login, directly into the Privacy Assessment (or Summary View) to review the questions and responses.

  • If more than one assessment has been generated per owner/creator, they will receive the below email that can be customised if required.
    • Upon login, clicking on the 'Review Privacy Assessments' button will navigate the user directly into the 'My Privacy Assessments' tile where they will see a list of outstanding assessments that need to be reviewed.

  • Owners will then have an option to select and access the review by clicking the 'View Assessment' or 'View Summary' buttons within the 'Actions' column.
