Privacy Assessment Generator: What happens when the 'Summary View' button is enabled?

The 'Summary View' option allows users to quickly view a snapshot of their record, helping them determine whether any changes are required before proceeding to the full Privacy Assessment.

  • If enabled, rather than being taken directly into the Privacy Assessment, Record Owners will be presented with the 'Summary View' window. This displays all responses to their questions on a single page.

  • At the top and bottom right of the 'Summary View' page, Record Owners will see two action buttons:

    1. No Changes Required: Marks the review as complete. Program Reviewers will receive a notification email.

    2. Edit Assessment: Indicates that changes are required. The Record Owner will be navigated into the Privacy Assessment to make any further changes and, if applicable, answer new questions.

  • Once the changes have been made and the 'Submit' button has been selected, the Privacy Assessment will proceed through the standard Review Process.
