Fusion Templates
Fusion templates are categorised into three types: Draft, Your, and System. Each type reflects the current state of the template.
To locate your Fusion templates:
- Navigate to Learning > Fusion Template Creation > Create.
- All available templates will be visible on the Course Templates table on the lower half of the screen.
1. Draft templates
Draft templates are those that you or other admins within the organisation are currently working on.
- These are editable and can be updated by clicking View.
Actions available for Draft templates
- Delete: Since Draft templates are not finalised or assigned to users, they can be deleted if no longer needed.
- Preview: If all required elements and languages are added, you can preview the course to understand how an end user would see it. Missing languages or incomplete quizzes will prevent previewing.
- Save: Templates can be saved as often as needed, e.g. as and when any new updates have been made.
- Finish: Once all elements are added, select Finish to finalise the template. After finishing, you can publish the course to users.
2. 'Your' templates
These templates have been finalised and are either already published or ready to be published.
Actions available for 'Your' templates
- Preview: View the course as an end user, provided all required elements and languages are included.
- ⚠️ Note: If an element is currently missing a language or if your Standalone Quiz does not have all the required questions & answers in all relevant languages, you will be unable to preview the course until this has been added.
- Copy: Create a duplicate of the template for editing without affecting the original.
- Publish: Publish the finalised template as a course for your users.
3. System templates
System templates are pre-built by MetaLearning’s Learning & Development team and included with your purchase. They cover topics such as phishing, social engineering, remote working, GDPR, and more.
These templates can be used as-is or copied for customisation.
Actions available for System templates
- Preview: View the template content. Typically, this will include Nano videos and interactions related to the course topic.
- Copy: Duplicate the template for customisation without altering the original.
