Follow the steps below to archive a course that is currently part of a Campaign:

• First of all, select Campaigns in Progress.

• Next, under the Actions column, click on View Campaign to access the existing live content within the campaign.

• Click the red Cancel icon on the left of the Step in the Campaign.
• Complete the Audit form that appears.

• Click Stop Step. The course will then be archived and will no longer be available to users.
