Manual Trigger for Uncompliant Email

If you are struggling with adoption—even after end users have received all automated reminders—you can manually trigger an Uncompliant Email. This email will be sent to all targeted users who have not completed their assigned content (e.g., policy, survey, or course).

Customising the Email

You can also customise this email, e.g. to reinforce the message content or to include your own organisation's branding. To do so, simply follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to Tools → Notifications → Email Templates.
2. Choose the required template from the drop-down, as shown:

⚠️ Important: There are two different templates for Uncompliant Users Notifications. Ensure you customise the correct one:

• Uncompliant Unregistered Users Notification: For users not yet registered on the platform (e.g., email-based users with Direct Access). 
• UncompliantUsersNotification: For user already registered on the platform (e.g. synchronised from Active Directory, Federated Users, or users with Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled).
