Yes, this can be easily achieved by creating the phish within Phish Creation. 

Within the Choose Learning Experience tab, there is an option to Upload Learning Experience.

Videos and PDFs can be uploaded from the resulting screen. 

For Videos

Complete the following fields:

• Name
• File
• Closed Captions
• Upload Transcript
• Add Image

Next, select Upload to update your changes.

For PDFs

Complete the following fields: 

• Name
• File
• Add Image

Next, select Upload to update your changes.

• The Closed Captions and Upload Transcript fields are not mandatory for video Learning Experiences.
