How to bypass Gmail spam filtering

Note: This is only available in Google Workspace.

Steps to Configure Phishing Domain Rules

  1. Within the Google Workspace Admin window, navigate to: Gmail > Spam > 'Phishing and Malware' tab.
  2. Select your Organisational Unit (OU) from the list.
  3. Under Spam > Configure, choose either Edit or Add, depending on whether you have already added any rules.
  4. Click on either Use Existing list or Create.
  5. Within 'Manage Address lists', click Add address list > Add address.
  6. Enter the domain names used for your phishing Campaign. Separate these with a space or a comma between each entry.
  7. Finally, save your changes.
    • Note: Changes may take up to 24 hours to fully apply. You can track progress via the Admin Console Audit Log.
