What does 'Reported Incidents' do?

Reported Incidents is a central register to manage all of your New, In Progress and Closed Incidents.

  • You will have the ability to search and filter incidents by Status, Severity and by the Date the incident was reported, along with other relevant information within the table.
  • You also have the ability to remove incidents (such as test ones), access the Summary view and edit the incident by clicking the 'View' button.
