Register Text appears in Incident Reporting, while Survey Text is displayed within Incident Assessment.

In many cases, the text for the 'Register' and 'Survey' drop-down options will be the same. However, there may be instances where technical terms are used that end users might not easily understand.

To address this, the Survey Text can provide a simplified, layman's version of the technical term to make it more accessible for end users. Meanwhile, within Incident Reporting, the original technical terminology will appear.
