Why are there two Incident Assessment templates?
Incident Assessment Templates Overview
There are two Incident Assessment templates available that can be customised using the Incident Assessment Creator:
- Report Incident
- Reported Incident Assessment
1. Report Incident
This assessment allows end users to report incidents directly from their home page. By default, it includes one section with five questions to gather the initial information required to report an incident.
2. Reported Incident Assessment
This assessment enables Incident Officers/Admins to manage the life cycle of the incident after it has been reported.
The assessment includes:
- The initial information provided by the end user in the 'General' section
- Four additional sections: Assessment, Containment, Notification and Review, which allow for detailed information input during incident management and review.
To view existing incidents:
- Navigate to: Incidents > Reported Incidents from the Admin home page.
- Click the 'View' button beside each incident to access its details.
