In order to correctly allowlist our phishing emails, you should add our IPs to your Global Approved Senders list in MessageLabs or Symantec.cloud (Broadcom).

1. Select Services → Email Services → Anti-Spam.
2. Ensure that Global Settings is selected in the Domains drop-down list.
3. Click the Approved Senders tab.
4. Next, click Add Entry.
5. The Domain/Email/IP and Description fields will now become editable.
   • In the Domain/Email/IP field, enter the IP address of our mail servers (MetaCompliance Mail Server IP Addresses).
   • In the Description field, enter brief details about the new entry.
6. Click Update to add the entry to the list.

If you are still experiencing erroneous clicks, you may need to speak to your mail provider to determine how to bypass link‑scanning or rewrite functions applied during email processing.
