The Incident Summary provides a high-level, read-only view of the responses submitted to Incident questions. 

To access this:

• Navigate to Incident → Reported Incidents.
• In the Actions column, click the Arrow icon and choose Summary.

The Incident Summary view displays the responses for each Incident in a read-only format. Fields are organised by section, and any related evidence records will appear at the bottom of the page.

• If a field has no response, No Data will be displayed.
• At the top-right of the Summary page, you can print or save the summary as a PDF by clicking the Print button.
