What are the MetaIncident Registers?
A register is a storage area made up of records and is really seen as the core of MetaIncident. Each record includes information (known as 'fields') about a specific Incident record.
One way to describe a register is to think of it as a toolbox. It contains a variety of prepopulated fields related to the Incident management process, which you can choose to include or exclude in your Incident assessment.
The existing register fields can be customised, and new fields can be added if required. For more information, refer to the following article:
MetaIncident has two separate registers: Incident and Attachments.
- Incident - Available within the 'Reported Incidents' tile.
- Attachments - Available when attaching information to an Incident assessment.
