Yes, the MyCompliance URL can be customised to include your organisation or company name.

- Existing customers: Please contact your Customer Success Manager to request this change.
- ⚠️ Note that a migration process will be required to complete the update.
- New customers: You will receive the customised URL by default.
This extra level of customisation helps ensure your end users are more familiar with the MyCompliance platform, as it will reference your organisation or company name.
The customised URL is sometimes referred to as a subdomain.
