Yes, the MyCompliance URL can be customised to include your organisation or company name.  Example below:

https://customername.metacompliance.com

1. If you are an existing MetaCompliance customer, please get in contact with your Customer Success Manager to request this change. Please note there will be a migration process required to make this update.
2. If you are a new customer, you will receive the customised URL by default.

With this extra level of customisation, you can ensure your end users are more familiar with the MyCompliance platform as it will now reference your organisation or company name.

The customised URL can sometimes be referred to as a 'Subdomain'.
