The Management Emails functionality is configured to send a list of uncompliant users once a month to all Supervisors and Supervisors' Managers. 

The following parameters must be met for these emails to be sent:

• If your users have not completed all assigned content either one month after receiving their last email alert or one month after being targeted, emails will be sent to defined Supervisors & Supervisors' Managers.
• Emails are sent on the first Monday of every month.

Example:
If a user received their last reminder email for a piece of content on 15th August, the email will not be sent until the first Monday of November to their Supervisors.

This is because one month after their last content reminder would be 15th October, and the emails to Supervisors and their Managers are only triggered on the first Monday of each month. Therefore, the next scheduled email run would be the first Monday of November.
