Using the Assessment Creator

The Assessment Creator allows customers to either copy an existing template or create a blank assessment from scratch.

• To create a blank assessment from scratch, navigate to: Settings > Privacy > Assessment Creator > Create New.

• Enter Template Details
  • Template Name: Provide a name for the assessment template.
  • Description: Add a brief description of the template.
  • Assessment Features: Select whether the template is for a Master Record or Non-Master Record assessment.
    If you select Master Record, you must also choose the relevant Master Register.

• Base Template: From the list, choose Blank Template.

• Click the 'Create' button. You will be taken to the editing screen from where you can begin customising the assessment. Note: All blank templates will include one mandatory question — Q 1.1.
