Platform Overview Reports

The Module Overview reports are available for Policy, Survey, Course and Phish. These reports allow administrators to quickly view the overall adoption levels for all content, whilst also enabling them for export from the platform.

  • All reports can be located under Reporting. Select the relevant Module and then select Overview.

Policy, Survey & Course Overview

The Policy, Survey and Course Overview reports will provide a comprehensive list of all content, displaying the corresponding completion levels for each item. Using these, you can easily identify content that has been fully completed, as well as items requiring further review and discussion with managers or end users.

The Summary table displays data exclusively for active users within your organisation.

Phish Overview Reports

The Phish Overview report provides a detailed list of all simulated phishing attempts along with their respective activity levels. At a glance, users can identify phishing instances that have resulted in:

  • Opens
  • Clicks
  • Data entries
  • QR scans
  • Opened attachments
  • Reports

The Summary table displays data exclusively for active users within your organisation.

View Audits

All reports include the option to View Audits for selected content. This feature allows you to:

  • View full details of users who have completed or not completed their assigned content.
  • Review users who have interacted with simulated phishing attempts.

These reports can be filtered and refined as required and will indicate whether a user is Active or Inactive.

⚠️ Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the Supervisor Data to populate for any new joiners.

Export Audits

Exports can be requested for each module on a weekly basis via the Platform Overview reports. For example, if an export is requested on a Saturday, the next export will be available the following Saturday.

The requested export will contain all information regarding targeted users for all published and archived content. You can filter this export by Content Type:

If you have filtered the export, it will be this filtered export that is available to download the following week. 

Export Data

The full export contains all columns and fields currently available within the View Audits section of the report. This enables you to filter and refine the information in your exported file.

Export Frequency

Full exports are limited to once per week per module. For example, if you request an export on Friday, the system will generate your export and make it available for download from the platform.

Exports are saved to the platform for 7 days, allowing other administrators to download them if required. 

After this period, you can request a new export following the same guidelines.

Export Limit

Platform Overview exports are capped at 700,000 rows. If you require data beyond this limit, we recommend filtering the export by Mandatory or Optional content.
