Snooze options will vary depending on the 'Recurrence' settings configured by the administrator.

'Once' Recurrence

• When the 'Once' recurrence option is selected, users can snooze assigned content as many times as required. However, once the Completion Time Period has expired, the content will then be enforced on the desktop.
• The Completion Time Period begins on the individual user's target date.
  • Users will have the full duration of this time period to review and complete the content.
  • This time period accounts for the exact time of day that the content was targeted. 
• Note: The MetaCompliance database time is UTC. (For example, if the admin is located in UTC+1 and targets a course at 12:00 pm with '1 day' selected, the Completion Time Period will expire at 11.00 am the following day.)
• Once: Unlimited until the completion date is reached. (The completion date is unique to each user and is calculated by adding the set Completion Time Period - in days - to each user's target date.)

Other Recurrence Options

For all other recurrence settings, the snooze schedules outlined below will apply:

• Weekly: 3 days. (Example: If content is snoozed on Monday, it will reappear on Wednesday.)
• Monthly: 14 days or less, depending on the first snooze date. (Content will reappear on the second Monday after the first snooze.)
• Quarterly: 14 days or less, depending on the first snooze date. (Content will reappear on the second Monday after the first snooze.)
• Half Yearly: 14 days or less, depending on the first snooze date. (Content will reappear on the second Monday after the first snooze.)
• Yearly: 14 days or less, depending on the first snooze date. (Content will reappear on the second Monday after the first snooze.)

Additional Notes

• Snoozed content will remain in your system tray and can be recalled at any time.
• A reminder will appear at the bottom of your screen every 4 hours to notify you that content is still pending. 
• You can select the pop-up message to bring the policy, survey or Fusion course back to your screen.
