When enabling a Policy, Survey or Fusion course to be sent to your users via MetaEngage, you have the option to repeat this content if required.

Potentially, this could be used to send users a weekly policy to ensure they have full understanding of the organisation's key policies and procedures.

Across Policy, Survey and Course, there are a few different options available on the 'Recurrence' tab during content creation.

Policy & Survey Recurrence Options

• Once: The policy/survey will be sent to end users once only; you will be able to enforce a completion time period for this option.
• Weekly: The policy/survey is sent to end users every week, on the Monday.
• Monthly: The policy/survey is sent to end users on the 1^st of every month.
• Quarterly: The policy/survey is sent to end users on the 1^st of every three months.
• Half Yearly: The policy/survey is sent to end users on the 1^st of every six months.
• Yearly: The policy/survey is sent to end users every year, on the 1^st of January.
• Every Time: The policy/survey is sent to end users every time they log on to the machine.

Fusion Course Recurrence Options

• Once: The Fusion course will be sent to end users once only; you will be able to enforce a completion time period for this option.
• Weekly: The Fusion course is sent to end users every week, on the Monday.
• Monthly: The Fusion course is sent to end users on the 1^st of every month.
• Quarterly: The Fusion course is sent to end users on the 1^st of every three months.
