MetaEngage is a desktop client technology that can guarantee employee engagement and compliance through delivering content directly to the user’s desktop.

• As MetaEngage enables policies, surveys & Fusion courses to be enforced directly onto a user's desktop, a glass ceiling is also applied to the user's desktop. This means that the user can only interact with the MetaEngage window during this time.

• If the assigned completion time period has not been reached, users have the option to 'Snooze' the content by clicking on the 'X' option at the top-right of the MetaEngage window to remove this from the screen.

• Users can decide to complete the content by retrieving this from the system tray (as below), or they can allow the content to return to their desktop automatically on the final date.
