MetaEngage is a desktop client technology that can guarantee employee engagement and compliance through delivering content directly to the user’s desktop.

• MetaEngage enables Policies, Surveys & Fusion courses to be enforced directly onto a user's desktop; a glass ceiling is also applied to the user's desktop. This means that the user can only interact with the MetaEngage window during this time.

• If the assigned completion time period has not been reached, users have the option to 'Snooze' the content by clicking on either the 'Remind me Later' button or the 'X' option at the top-right of the MetaEngage window to remove this from the screen.

• If users decide to snooze the content, they will receive frequent desktop notifications to show they have outstanding content to complete. The notification will display the name of the content waiting for completion along with the deadline for completion. 

• Users can also decide to complete content by retrieving it from the system tray (as below), or they can allow the content to return to their desktop automatically on the completion deadline date set by the administrator, but this time without the option to delay any further, ensuring compliance.
