MetaEngage is a desktop client technology designed to guarantee employee engagement and compliance through delivering content directly to the user’s desktop.

• MetaEngage enforces policies, surveys, and Fusion courses by displaying them on the user’s desktop. During this time, a glass ceiling is also applied to the user's desktop, ensuring the user can only interact with the MetaEngage window.

• If the assigned completion time has not been reached, users can opt to snooze the content by clicking on Remind me Later or the 'X' in the upper-right corner of the MetaEngage window to remove this from the screen.

• When content is snoozed, users will receive frequent desktop notifications reminding them of outstanding tasks. Each notification displays the content name and its deadline.

• Users can also complete content by retrieving it from the system tray (as shown below) or allow it to return automatically to their desktop on the deadline date set by the administrator—this time without the option to delay further, ensuring compliance.
