If a Privacy Assessment has been added to a program, some of the editing features become 'locked out', such as adding new questions or sections.

You can quickly identify if your assessment has been added to a program by checking if the template is in the Assessment Creator. 

• If the button within the 'Action' column displays 'Actions', this shows that the assessment has not been added to a program and is open for full editing, e.g. adding questions. 

• Additionally, you cannot add new questions to a System Template. However, you can create a copy of that template, which will then be fully editable.
• You can identify System Templates in two ways:
  • The 'Is System' column = True.
  • The 'Action' button = View.
