How does the Data Subject Request chat work?

The 'Chat' tab within each request allows Data Protection Officers (DPOs) and Admins to communicate, in a secure way, with a Data Subject in relation to their request.

When a Data Subject or Admin/DPO submits a message, they will receive a notification email with a secure link to access the Requester Communication page.

Please Note: The Requester Communication page can only be used with requests that have been submitted via the web form and is not available for manually added requests.
