How to create a Campaign and target users
⚠️ Note: Before creating your Campaign, ensure that the content has already been created and that the Manage in Campaign button has been selected.
- To begin, select Campaigns from the menu or your home screen.
- Click on New Campaign
- Select Date or Workflow Campaign (Information on how Workflow Campaigns function can be found here)
- Allocate a Name and Description to the Campaign.
- Choose content by type from the drop-down and choose the specific piece of content.
- Select Add Campaign Step.
- Choose a Publish Date, Time, and Edit Email Notification via the icon shown below:
- Go to the Target tab to select the recipients for the Campaign, then click Publish Changes.
- The Campaign can also be saved and published at a later date.
