What are 'Custom Attributes'?

Custom Attributes can be assigned to end users to assist administrators with relevant reporting requirements, e.g. 'Payroll ID' or a unique value that you are using within your organisation.

For Email-based and Federated users only, you can add up to five such attributes on the MyCompliance platform; these can then be updated by admins and users before starting a Direct Access course.

Custom Attributes assigned to end users can be viewed within 'User Management' before Direct Access courses and certain platform reports.
