What are 'Custom Attributes'?

Custom Attributes can be assigned to end users to assist Administrators with relevant reporting requirements. An example of a Custom Attribute could be Payroll ID, or a unique value that you are using within your organisation.

For Email-based and Federated users only, you can add up to 5 Custom Attributes on the MyCompliance platform which can then be updated by Administrators and users before starting a Direct Access course.

Custom Attributes assigned to end users can be viewed within 'User Management' before Direct Access courses and certain platform reports.
