How do I reset my password?

If you attempt to log in to the platform using an incorrect email address or password, the following message will appear:

If you are an Email-based user on the MetaCompliance platform, follow the steps below to reset your password.

  1. Navigate to the https://cloud.metacompliance.com login page, or your assigned customised URL, e.g. https://customername.metacompliance.com.
  2. Click on the Forgot your Password? link.
  3. You will be directed to the Reset Password page and prompted to enter your email address.
  4. A reset link will then be sent to this email address, provided it is associated with a valid registered account.
  5. Check your inbox for an email from no-reply@metacompliance.com containing a unique Password Reset link.
  6. Click the 'here' link within the email to open the Reset Password page. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
  7. Once the password has been successfully reset, click the 'here' link to return to the login page and sign in using your new password.

⚠️ Note: 

  • If you access the MetaCompliance platform using single sign-on (SSO), password resets cannot be completed through MetaCompliance. 
  • Please contact your internal IT team for assistance with your login.
