A Privacy Assessment is a structured method used to support the collection of privacy-related information across your organisation. 

In many cases, Privacy Assessments help you understand how your organisation - and any Third Parties - are processing personal data, e.g. via Records of Processing Activity (ROPA) or Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) templates. 

A variety of out-of-the-box templates are available, and questions can be customised to suit your organisation's requirements. Completing assessments can generate multiple records across one or more registers, depending on the scope and content of the assessment.
