All Nano videos and Interactions are accessible through the Content Library, a central hub that makes it faster and easier to find the right, most up-to-date content for your courses.

What you can do

We've simplified how content is organised and given you new ways to browse, filter, sort, and view it.

List or tile view

Switch between the familiar tile view and a new list view that shows more detail about each item in a compact, scannable layout.

Filter by Category

Content is now organised by a single, clear list of categories that reflect how you think about your training needs. No more guessing which package holds the content you're looking for — pick a category and see everything relevant to it.

See when content was added

Every item shows its upload date, so you can quickly spot the latest additions.

Sort the library

Sort content by:

• Newest-Oldest
• Oldest-Newest
• Most Popular
• A–Z
• Z–A

Filter by difficulty level

Filter the library by difficulty level to find content that matches the audience you're building a course for.

"Not Used Yet" filter

Surface content you haven't added to a published course yet. This is a quick way to discover newer content or anything you may have missed.

Preview content and choose your language

Preview any video or interaction directly from its card, and select which language you'd like to view it in before adding it to a course, no need to open a separate page or add it to a course first to check. For interactions, the preview shows a video animation of the interaction rather than the interactive experience itself, giving you a sense of its content and flow.

Favourites

Click the star icon on any content card to add it to your favourites, the star fills in yellow to confirm. Switch to the Favourites tab at the top of the library to see everything you've saved, with a running count shown next to the tab. This works the same way for both videos and interactions, and in both Grid and List view.

Helpful Information on each item

Every content card includes details to help you understand it:

• Content type – Whether it's a video or an interaction.
• Category – A single label showing the topic it covers.
• Description – A brief overview of what it's about.
• Languages – A complete list of all available language options.

• Used in – How many courses the item is currently used in.

   

 Language Support

The Content Library automatically displays content in your ‘Preferred Language’. To change this:

1. Go to the end-user view.
2. Click Edit Profile.
3. Update Preferred Language from the drop-down menu.
