What’s New

Improved Error Logs
The client now automatically generates detailed logs on a daily basis and stores them in the user's AppData folder. Only logs for the last 7 days will be saved. These logs capture important diagnostic information about the client’s operation and any errors that may have occurred. This enhancement allows technical support teams to analyse issues more quickly and accurately, helping resolve problems without requiring additional steps from the user.

Auto Updates

• Updates will install automatically when users restart their devices. (An internet connection is required.)

• Most customers already allow automatic updates. However, some customers decide to block them. In these cases, administrators will need to temporarily adjust AV/firewall rules for several days to ensure all clients receive the update.
