Key features
Custom questions
Now you can build your own questions and add them straight to the Question Bank, so every quiz and pathway assessment can reflect your organisation's exact policies and training priorities. They're selected, edited and reused in exactly the same way as curated questions.
They support single choice and multiple choice question types, and must be linked to one of the existing topic categories listed above. Translations can be added for each custom question. Once published, a question is available immediately, and is visible to all admins within the organisation's own platform.
Multilingual and flexible
Curated questions are already available in multiple languages. Custom questions can also be added in multiple languages, so the same question works for teams across different regions - see Custom questions, below, for how translations are added. Curated questions cannot be edited within the Question Bank itself, but can be edited within the course creation area to match your organisation's training goals or policies.
Smart search and tagging
Advanced search and filtering options let you locate the most relevant questions by category, saving time and improving quiz relevance.
Adding a custom question to the Question Bank

Using custom questions in a learning pathway assessment
Custom questions, and the wider Question Bank, can also be used to build a learning pathway assessment.
Learning pathway assessments are built in a separate Learning pathways area, rather than Fusion template creation. From there, a pathway links out to courses.
Once in the assessment builder, the steps to search, select and add custom questions follow the same process as adding questions to a course quiz (see Getting started, above).
A course quiz and a pathway assessment are separate entities, but the same validation applies to custom questions in both - for example character limits and question type rules.
