The Question Bank is a centralised repository containing hundreds of curated cyber security questions designed to streamline quiz creation. It empowers administrators to build customised Fusion quizzes quickly by selecting from a diverse range of pre-approved questions covering essential cyber security topics, including:

• Password Hygiene
• Data Protection and Privacy
• Secure Software Practices
• Physical Security

Multilingual & Flexible

Each question can be added in multiple languages, making the Question Bank ideal for global teams. Admins can also edit questions to tailor them to specific training goals or organisational policies.

Smart Search & Tagging

Advanced search and filtering options enable you to locate the most relevant questions based on role, risk area, or threat type—helping you save time and improve quiz relevance.

Getting Started

1. Access the Question Bank

• Navigate to Fusion Template Creation.
• From the elements library, select Quiz.
• Select your default language, and then select Create from question bank and click Confirm.

If multiple languages have been added to your template, questions will display in your default language, and translations will be automatically applied where available.

2. Search for Questions

Use the search bar or filters to find relevant questions.

3. Preview and Select Questions

• Click the expand icon to view the available answers.
• Use the checkboxes to select the questions you want to include.
• Click Add Questions to insert them into your quiz.

4. Edit Questions (Optional)

• All question and answer texts are fully editable.

5. Multilingual Support

• Select View/Add Translation to review or add additional languages.
• Click Analyse Quiz to validate all questions and translations.
• If any translations are missing, a yellow warning message will display.

6. Finalise and Close

• Review the quiz structure.
• Add any custom questions or translations as needed.
• Configure Quiz Settings, including:
  • Show Quiz Summary
  • Show Correct Answers
  • Set Passmark
  • Shuffle Questions
  • No. of Displayed Questions
• Click Close to return to your Fusion template.
