You can now compare your company’s risk performance against others in your industry with the new Industry Comparison dashboard, designed to offer valuable insights that help you prioritise and strengthen your human risk strategy.

As an Admin, go to Risk  Dashboard > Industry Comparison to access three new visual reports:

1. Your Average vs Industry Average
2. Average Risk Factor Weighting
3. Your Average vs Other Industries

1. Your Average vs Industry Average
This chart shows your company’s average employee risk score alongside the average score across your industry. Your data updates daily, while industry averages refresh monthly on the first Sunday of every month.

2. Average Risk Factor Weighting 
This chart displays the average of how other customers are weighting their risk factors, such as engagement, quiz attempts, and phishing interactions, which can help inform your own decisions when customising your risk factors.

If certain risk factors aren’t included within your own calculation, you can disable them within the interactive chart to better reflect your unique set-up. This chart is updated monthly (first Sunday of every month).

3. Your Average vs Other Industries
This bar chart compares your company’s average risk score to scores from other industries, listed alphabetically along the X-axis. Your score is highlighted in a different colour and updates daily. Other industries’ data updates monthly (first Sunday of every month).
