You can now customise how your organisation defines low, medium and high-risk users, giving you greater control over risk categorisation based on your specific needs.

To use this feature, Admin users can navigate to Company Edit > Settings > Risk Score, where a new "Customise Risk Score Bandings" section will be available. Here, you'll find a slider ranging from 0-100, along with two number fields that define the minimum and maximum for the Medium risk category.

By default, the system sets:

• Low: 0–39

• Medium: 40–80

• High: 81–100

You can adjust these by either dragging the sliders or entering new values directly into the number fields. As you make changes, the low and high ranges will automatically update to reflect your chosen medium range.

When you're done, simply save your settings.  The low, medium and high risk labels for each risk category will update in real time.
