Incident Rulebase - How to activate Incident Rules?

  • To activate a Rule, navigate to Settings > Incident > Incident Rulebase, where you will be presented with a table of all existing Rules.
    • (If you cannot find the relevant Rule, use the search filter to locate it by name.)
  • Once the Rule has been identified, click the Activate button in the Actions column. Once activated, if the Rule is triggered, emails will start sending to the relevant recipients. 

  • If you want to stop any Rules that have already been activated, click the Deactivate button.
