You may notice that some users will be presented with No Risk Score Available. Users will be presented with this if:

• They do not have any content or phishing simulation targeted to them that has risk score enabled;
• The risk score-enabled content was targeted to them over a year ago (or depending on the calculation time period set).

As of 20th February 2025, users with no risk score will be excluded from the low-risk segment of the Organisation Risk Levels and Preferred Departmental Training v Employee Risk chart. This will provide a more accurate reflection of your employee risk levels.

Instead, users with No Risk Score will be available after clicking any segment of the chart > Filter by risk > No Risk Score.
