Based on customer feedback, we have updated key dashboard labels to enhance clarity and reduce confusion.

We have made updates to the 2 Risk Dashboard charts below:

• Engagement Risk vs Employee Risk is now called Content Completion vs Employee Risk.
• Engagement by Preferred Departmental Training is now Content Completion by Preferred Departmental Training.

Why This Change?

Customers and sales teams found the engagement risk score calculation unclear, leading to misunderstandings. The new terminology and updates:

• Clarify the purpose of the charts, making it easier to interpret trends.
• Use a completion percentage out of 100, where higher content completion means lower employee risk—creating a clearer, more intuitive representation.

What’s the Benefit?

Admins can now better track progress over 12 months, seeing clear trends of increased content completion leading to lower risk. These changes make the dashboard more intuitive for customers, ensuring a better user experience and improved decision-making.
