Marking a policy as 'Complete'
The Mark Audit Completed feature can be used to help track when users complete policies outside of the MyCompliance platform. This option applies to policies that have been published within MyCompliance.
By using this option, you are confirming that the selected user has completed the policy, in full, via an alternative method. This can also be useful if a user is experiencing technical difficulties, preventing them from completing the policy directly within MyCompliance.
How to Use This Feature
- Turn on the feature within Settings > Company Edit > enable the 'Mark Policy Audit as Complete' toggle > Save.
- Navigate to Reporting > Policies > Overview.
- Locate the policy you would like to update
- Click View Audits for the relevant policy.
- Find the required user and select Mark as Complete for the required user.
- Select a Response, the Date of Completion (which can be a date in the past) and a Reason.
Once the 'Confirm' option has been selected:
- A Completion Audit will be assigned to the user.
- Email reminders for the policy will be stopped.
- End users will have visibility via their homepage and Teams app as to who marked the policy as complete and the reason.
Please note: This action cannot be performed in bulk. An administrator must locate each user individually and complete the action as required.
Updating a User Response
If a user's response needs to be updated, e.g. if they mistakenly selected 'Request Exemption', the 'Update Audit' button allows you to modify their response. Please note that updating a response will generate a new audit record for the user.
