How does MetaEngage Delivery Delay work?
The MetaEngage Delivery Delay feature allows administrators to control when MetaEngage content, such as Policies, Surveys, and Courses, appears on end users' desktops. This helps organisations prevent interruptions during critical tasks, particularly when users first connect in the morning.

How to Configure the MetaEngage Delivery Delay
As an admin, you can configure the MetaEngage Delivery Delay by following the steps below:

Log in as Admin: Ensure you are logged into the MyCompliance platform as an admin user.

Navigate to MetaEngage Settings.

Go to Company Edit > System Settings > MetaEngage Delivery Delay.

Access the Delivery Delay Option.

Locate the option labelled 'MetaEngage Delivery Delay'.

Set the Delivery Delay Time.

Select one of the available delay options for content to appear after a user logs in to their machine:

No Delivery Delay (Default)

5 minutes
-
10 minutes
-
15 minutes
-
30 minutes
-
-

Save Changes.

Once the desired delay time is selected, click Save to apply the setting.

Note: Once saved, the delay time will apply universally to all MetaEngage content (Policies, Surveys, and Courses).
Handling Pre-existing Content
If pre-created MetaEngage content already exists:

New Delay Settings Apply to Pre-existing Content: Once a delay is configured, any pre-published content will be delivered based on the new delivery delay time.
