The 'View My Risk Insights' button, available on the end user homepage, allows employees to review a detailed breakdown of their performance and its impact on their risk scores. 

• ⚠️ Note: This feature will only be available if the 'Admin and End User Risk Dashboard' has been enabled within Settings > Company Edit > Risk Score.

How to Access

• Navigate to the End User Homepage > View My Risk Insights.

What You’ll See

The page displays a Risk Score gauge indicating the user’s risk level: Low: 0–40, Medium: 41–80, High: 81–100.

It also provides details on how the score is calculated and tips for reducing it.

Reports

At the bottom of the page, you’ll find three key reports:

1. Engagement Score
   Highlights outstanding or completed content that contributes to the user’s risk score.
   • Provides quick access to incomplete content for immediate action.
   • Allows revisiting completed content for a refresher on key topics.
     Reviewing this section helps identify areas where engagement could improve.
2. Quiz Attempts Score
   Displays courses and quizzes ordered by the number of attempts.
   • Helps identify quizzes the user struggled with.
   • Offers insight into areas needing reinforcement.
     ⚠️ Note: Users cannot retake quizzes but can review their responses and re-watch videos.
3. Phish Interaction Score
   Shows past phishing interactions that influenced the user’s risk score, including actions like clicking or reporting phishing attempts.
   • Helps users understand patterns in their responses to potential phishing threats.
   • Identifies behaviours to improve upon.
