The 'View My Risk Insights' button, available on the end user homepage, allows employees to review a detailed breakdown of their performance and its impact on their risk scores.
- Note that this feature will only be available if the 'Admin and End User Risk Dashboard' has been enabled within Settings > Company Edit > Risk Score.
- To find the 'View Insights' button, go to the website End User Homepage > Risk Dashboard > View My Risk Insights.
The page displays a gauge showing the user's risk score (Low: 0–40, Medium: 41–80, High: 81–100) along with information on how this score is calculated and tips on how to decrease it.
The reports at the bottom of the page highlight the following aspects of the score:
- Engagement Score: Highlights outstanding or completed content that contributes to the user's risk score. This tab provides easy access to incomplete content to help the user take immediate action, as well as the ability to revisit completed content for a refresher on key topics that influence their score. Reviewing this section helps identify areas where engagement with targeted content could improve.
- Quiz Attempts Score: Shows a list of courses and quizzes ordered by the number of attempts. This helps pinpoint which quizzes the user may have been struggling with, offering insight into areas that need reinforcement. There is an option here for the user to revisit these courses in order to strengthen their understanding of the topic.
- Please note: Users will not be able to repeat the quizzes; they will only see their responses and can re-watch the videos.
- Phish Interaction Score: Details past phishing interactions that have influenced the user's risk score, including the type of interaction involved, e.g. clicking or reporting a phishing attempt. By examining these insights, users can better understand patterns in their responses to potential phishing threats and identify behaviours to improve upon in the future.
