The 'View Insights' feature enables admins to access a detailed breakdown of user performance impacting their risk scores. Upon selecting this, a comprehensive table view is displayed with three tabs for specific risk factors.

• To access the 'View Insights' button, navigate to Risk Dashboard > Organisational Risk Score Chart > click on a segment of the pie chart > click the 'View Insights' button in the 'Action' column for the desired user.

The page will display user details, e.g. Name, Department, User Status, and a gauge indicating their risk score, i.e. Low: 0–40, Medium: 41–80, High: 81–100.

An overview of their risk factor scores is displayed, and more detailed reports are available to see what is impacting each risk factor.

Use the tabs below the scores to switch between:

• • • Engagement: Shows outstanding or completed content that is impacting a user's score. Uncompleted content can increase scores.
    • Quiz Attempts: Lists courses and quizzes, ordered by highest attempts. High quiz attempts can increase users' scores.
    • Phish Interaction: Details phishing interactions affecting scores. The more negative interactions a user has, such as clicking on links or opening attachments, the more this can impact their score.
