The View Insights feature allows admins to access a detailed breakdown of user performance factors that impact their risk scores. When selected, a comprehensive table view is displayed, showing three tabs that cover specific risk factors.

To access the View Insights button:

• Navigate to Risk Dashboard > Organisational Risk Score Chart. 
• Click on a segment of the pie chart.
• In the Action column for the desired user, click the View Insights button.

What You’ll See

The page displays:

• User Details: Name, Department, User Status.
• Risk Score Gauge: Low: 0–40; Medium: 41–80; High: 81–100.

An overview of risk factor scores is shown, with detailed reports available for each factor.

Use the tabs below the scores to switch between:

• Engagement: Shows outstanding or completed content impacting the user's score. Uncompleted content can increase scores.
• Quiz Attempts: Lists courses and quizzes, ordered by highest attempts. Multiple quiz attempts can raise scores.
• Phish Interaction: Details phishing interactions affecting scores. Negative actions - such as clicking links or opening attachments - can significantly increase risk.
