The 'Generate a template' feature enhances MetaCompliance's admin usability by generating a recommended course based on several filters.

Note: This feature is available exclusively to Premium Plus customers.

• To use this feature, navigate to Learning > Fusion Template Creation > Generate a template.

• Select the following filters to generate your course:
  • Risk Topic
  • Template Intensity
  • Choose Language(s)

Template Filters Explained

• Risk Category: Choose from 12 available risk categories. Each category is linked. 
• Course Intensity: Select the desired course length:
  • Low - at least 1 Nano
  • Medium - at least 2 Nanos
  • High - at least 3 Nanos
• Language: Choose the languages in which the course should be generated.

Next Steps

• After selecting your filters, click Generate Template. 
  • A course template will then be generated based on your selections.
  • You can further customise the course by adding additional Learning Elements.

Saving and Finalising

• Click Save as Draft to save your progress. 
  • Draft versions of your course can be accessed via: Learning > Fusion Template Creation > Drafts.
  • Click View to continue editing your draft.
• Once you are happy with your course, click Finish to create the final template.

The course will then be available under: Learning > Fusion Template Creation > Your Drafts.

Tip: Before finishing the course, remember to update the course name and description.
